Do I have to pay before I see my logo?: No. Designing is free, and you see your logo straight away as a watermarked preview. You only pay when you have found one you actually want.
What do I get for the one-time $19?: The finished files for that logo: a full-resolution PNG with no watermark, plus SVG, PDF and EPS vector files. It is a single payment for that logo, with nothing recurring.
Is $19 per logo, or for everything?: Per logo. If you expect to download several, the Unlimited plan covers every logo you make instead of paying each time.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?: You'll keep unlimited access until the end of your current billing period, then go back to the Free plan with 1 generation per day. Logos you unlocked with a one-time payment stay yours.
What's the difference between Monthly and Yearly?: Both include unlimited generations and unlimited downloads in every format. Yearly is $199 against $828 for twelve monthly payments, so it saves $629 a year.
When do my credits reset?: Free plan credits reset daily at 00:00 UTC. Unlimited subscribers don't have credit limits.

What's the difference between public and private logos?: Free users create public logos, which may appear in the community gallery. Subscribers can mark a logo private when they create it so it is never shown publicly.
